Our satisfaction guarantee

If something about the formatting we delivered isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Revisions are how we make things right.

How acceptance works

When we deliver your files, you have 3 days to review them and raise any issues. If we don't hear from you within 3 days, the order is automatically considered accepted and complete. The 3-day window is stated in your delivery email; we rely on that email as our record of when the window started.

If something's wrong with what we delivered

Raise it within the 3-day acceptance window and our first response is always to fix it at no charge. No revision-count is consumed for legitimate errors on our side. We strive to make revisions until you're satisfied. However, if we both feel things aren't headed in the right direction, we'll offer a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 3-day acceptance window, formatting issues fall under our regular revision policy (see Terms §5).

Add-ons and credits

Any add-ons (covers, A+ content, etc.) follow the same approach. Review credits earned through this platform stay on your account and apply to your next order; they aren't refundable as cash, but they don't expire.
